Rubenstein Tournament Kicks Off JV Season

This week, SAR will play in the Rubenstein Memorial JV Basketball Tournament. The Sting will host all of their games throughout the tournament. Led by sophomores Ari Halpert and Evan Goldberg, SAR looks to be a contender in the tournament, but are expected to face stiff competition for the title from DRS, Ramaz, and Magen David. Flatbush, North Shore, and Frisch could also make some noise and potentially come out with a championship trophy. Even with a wide range of contenders, the Sting are poised for a deep Rubenstein run.

Teams in the Tournament: SAR (host), Barkai, DRS, Flatbush, Frisch, HAFTR, HANC, Hillel, JEC, Magen David, North Shore, Ramaz.

Note: Games for seeding purposes will not be broadcasted by SAR. Individual schools may broadcast games at their own discretion. YLP will post occasional updates, including potential streaming info for Sunday’s playoff games.
